We’re bringing our PlayLearn and Compete programs to the north end!

Who we are: As a member of the Seattle community for over 40 years, our mission is to provide the physical and mental benefits of the sport of gymnastics for ages preschoolers to adults. Strength, flexibility, body control, motor skill development, confidence and resilience are some of the skills we work to instill.

What sets SGA apart? We strive to create a positive and fully inclusive environment, where children of all abilities, backgrounds and learning styles can flourish, and believe overcoming challenges can provide the building blocks to accomplish goals throughout life.

At the core of our mission is the belief that gymnastics – and the benefits it provides – is for everyone. We work every day to help kids of all ages, genders and abilities discover their own strength and confidence through the sport of gymnastics. That’s why the majority of our programming focuses on recreational gymnastics; while we proudly offer and support competitive programs, we understand not every family is looking for that level of commitment (both financial and time), and not every gymnast has a competitive goal. Our recreational programs allow gymnasts to build progressive gymnastics skills they can be proud of, while enjoying the ability to pursue interests in other sports or extracurriculars, and take the next step into competition if they choose.

Our mission is to provide a top-quality coaching experience in a fun and safe environment, providing gymnasts with progressing instruction for as far as they want to take it.
